AC Milan have suffered a double injury blow ahead of their crucial Europa League meeting with AFC Bournemouth on Thursday, with G. Ramos and Chukwueze ruled out.
The Rossoneri must navigate the European tie without two key attacking options after a disastrous morning at the club’s training ground.
Milan lose two attacking options
Ramos and Chukwueze will both miss the match against Bournemouth. The setback leaves Milan short of attacking options for a tie the club regard as crucial.
Bournemouth’s recent form
Bournemouth arrive with a mixed set of recent results:
They beat Sunderland 2-0 and Sturm Graz 3-0. They also won 2-1 away at Real Sociedad.
Those wins sit alongside two defeats. Chelsea beat them 5-1, and Liverpool won 1-0.
Head to head
The previous meeting between the sides ended in a 2-1 win for AC Milan over Bournemouth.
Milan address away ticket prices
Milan have also issued a statement on away ticket prices under the message: “We stand with our fans”.
